If you are seeking thrills, noise and more fun than you might be able to stand, then craps is the only casino game to take part in.
Craps is a quick-paced game with whales, low-rollers, and everybody in the middle. If you’re a people-watcher this is one game that you’ll love to watch. There’s the whale, playing with a big bank roll and making boisterous declarations when she bets across the board, "$520 across," you’ll hear her say. He’s the bettor to observe at this table and they know it. The whale will either win big or lose big and there’s no in between.
There is the budget gambler, possibly trying to acquaint himself with the whales. he/she will tell the other players of books she’s read on dice tossing and bum around the most accomplished tosser at the table, ready to talk and "pick each others brains".
There’s the student of Frank Scoblete most recent craps workshop. Even though Frank is the best there is, his student has to do his homework. This guy will take 5 mins to set his dice, so practice patience.
My preferred players at the craps table are the real gents from the old times. These experienced gents are usually patient, generally kind and will very likely always give advice from the "good ole days."
When you take the chance and choose to participate in the game, make sure you utilize good etiquette. Find a place on the rail and put your cash on the table in front of you in the "come" area. Never ever do this when the dice are moving or you’ll quickly be referred to as the very last character I wanted to mention, the jerk.
