Craps Is A Game of Strange Beliefs
Are you a superstitious person? You know, the type of person who will not open an umbrella inside a house, won’t walk below an open ladder and has to spin around 3 times after walking over a grove in the cement?
Here is a number of the more familiar craps superstitions compiled by some of the great craps players. Incidentally, they uphold most of this crazyness too!
1. If the stickman is substituted, during a throw, a 7 will be next.
2. If a drink attendant walks up to the table the table, a 7 will be next.
3. If the pair of dice being tossed hits a player’s cash, a 7 is likely.
four. If the die being tossed impacts the glass, a seven will pop up.
five. If there’s a lot of talking among the croupiers, frequent 7s.
six. If the dice are rolled off the table, seven will be the next number.
7. If a new pair of dice are asked for, 7 is certain to be next.
eight. If anybody yells out the number "seven", a 7 is certain to follow.
All of this possibly will sound like a whole lot of nothing to you but every now and then you might be involved in an active game where the ivories are passing a bit too often. If you keep tabs, you will realize that many of the beliefs are, in actuality, happening.
You’ll notice that the stickman changes a bit too often, that instead of 1 cocktail attendant, the table now has 2 waitresses delivering drinks and a number of other weird things that ultimately mean a seven is going to be rolled by the hurler.
Remember, you can constantly bring your wagers off the table and wait until the following tosser. You are able to also turn your bets off, but if you do, do not turn them back on, due to the fact that if you do… a seven will be next!
